It was in 1887 that Ferdinand Claus and Georges Schweder, two Germans living in Portugal, decided to open the first national perfume and soap factory, Claus & Schweder. Later, it was bought by the company's accountant, Achilles de Brito, and integrated into his company – Ach Brito -, remaining in the family until today.
A brand with history.
Each Claus Porto product tells a story and has a unique personality, with packaging inspired by labels and objects from other times, which make us travel through our sense of smell.
Project’s Scope
It was very clear from the beginning that it would be imperative to guarantee the transmission of all the history and standards that Claus Porto’s customers are accustomed to.
